The experience at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury was great because the saleswoman Freya was very informative about the vehicle and her customer service was exceptional from when we viewed the car all the way through to buying the car and beyond, she phoned me to make sure I got home ok after the 2 hour drive back and to make sure everything was ok with the car. I would definitely recommend Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury the showroom is outstanding and they offer you drinks and refreshments, all the staff we spoke to were very friendly but Freya went above and beyond to give us the best experience.
